Sous Chef - Downtown

We welcome you to join our family!  We are currently looking for a full time Sous Chef at our Downtown location.

 

 

Sous Chef Responsibilities

  • Preparing food for restaurants and events. 
  • Assists Executive Chef with supervision and training of employees, sanitation and safety, menu planning and related production activities.
  • Assist with monthly inventory and cost control.
  • Preparing reports and managing employee schedules.

 

Sous Chef Qualifications

  • A degree from post-secondary culinary arts program is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related position.
  • Food safety certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of food handling and preparation principles and procedures for all foods produced and served.
  • Ability to effectively supervise all kitchen food production employees in absence of Executive Chef.
  • Open availability based on event needs.
